Terms & Conditions for Our Children’s Pamper Party Services
Welcome to The Little Party Spot’s Terms & Conditions page. By booking our children’s pamper party services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please take the time to read through them carefully.
1. General Terms
1.1. By booking our children’s pamper party services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Our pamper party services are designed for children ages 3 years and up, and all parties must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
2. Supervision and Safety
2.1. It is required that a responsible adult remains present throughout the duration of the pamper party to supervise the children.
2.2. Children must not be left unattended during any aspect of the pamper party. The safety and well-being of all children are paramount. Children may be left under the supervision of staff members only upon signing a consent form.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. A booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and full payment.
3.2. All prices quoted for parties do not include additional add-ons. These will be charged separately if requested.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
4.2. In the event of cancellation by the customer, no deposit will be refunded under any circumstances.
4.3. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will result in the full balance being forfeited.
4.4. In the event that we need to cancel the party due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will provide a full refund of any payments made or transfer the party to a new date of your choice.

5. Party Duration and Timeliness
5.1. The agreed party duration will be strictly adhered to.
5.2. Late arrivals may result in a reduced pamper experience for all guests, and no refund will be given for time lost.
5.3. You must arrive promptly for your party, but no earlier, as our staff may be on break or another event may still be in progress.

6. Health and Safety
6.1. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions their child may have before the party.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse any service or product if we believe it could be unsafe or unsuitable for any child.

7. Damage and Liability
7.1. The host is responsible for ensuring the party environment is safe and appropriate for children.
7.2. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during the party, unless caused directly by our negligence.
7.3. Any damage to our property (e.g., equipment, furniture, or supplies) caused by guests during the party will require the host to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

8. Photography and Filming
8.1. We may take photographs or video footage of the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to appear in such media, please inform us prior to the event.

9. Final Agreement
9.1. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
9.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and all changes will be communicated to the customer prior to the event.

10. DBS Checked & Fully Insured​
We take your safety and peace of mind seriously. Our team is fully DBS checked and insured, ensuring a trustworthy and secure experience for all our guests. However, please note that while we take great care in providing a safe and enjoyable environment, we cannot be held liable for any allergies or intolerances that may arise during your visit. We encourage guests to notify us of any specific dietary requirements or concerns ahead of time, so we can do our best to accommodate them where possible .
